CB HPY* purchase transactionnotices-rech.fr 23/02/24: where does it come from? How to cancel it and no longer be charged?

An Internet user sent us the testimony available below after noticing charges (purchases by bank card) under the heading CB HPY*notices-rech.fr 23/02/24.

Scam or legitimate expense?

He answered the following two questions then detailed his problem for us to help other Internet users in the same situation as him:

Have you noticed the direct debit once or several times (single purchase or regular debits)? : I don't know

Does this collection follow an online purchase or a subscription on a website? : Yes

Hello, I did a search for notices for a Sony camera that I paid 0.25 € and two or three days ago and I see myself being charged 47.20 euros for a subscription that I did not make at all? I did not agree to a subscription such as it is, and impossible to find this site to unsubscribe!

I think when I paid my notice for my camera on notices research, they took my bank details to use them for this subscription while I did not want to have a subscription, I do not need others notices, I just needed this one, so I would never have accepted a subscription of almost 50 euros for nothing. I would like them to delete my bank card that they took from me without my consent.

0,25 euros was the only amount I agreed to pay for this site. notices, which I came across while searching on the internet. How can fake sites exist and how can Google let them do it by referencing them? I would like to stop this subscription in any case and I think you can help me, Google pointed me to your site when I tried to stop charges on my bank account following these payments of. notices-rech. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me with this cancellation.

Put an end to internet scams: how to avoid card fraud and control your internet purchases?

💡 The majority of banking establishments today offer “single-use virtual cards”. Although it sounds a bit technical, it's actually a simple and reliable approach to preventing inconveniences when shopping online. Do not hesitate to inquire with your bank. Another piece of advice (probably the most important!), always take the time to consult the legal notices, usually located at the bottom of the site page. These notices provide you with details such as the nationality and contact details of the company behind the site where you are thinking of purchasing, as well as a person to contact (email address or telephone number). To top it all off, consider searching the site name on search engines to read feedback from other users. 💡

Cancel the subscription, stop or even block future direct debits, consider a refund: what to do?

Cancel, terminate or stop the expense that is causing you problems can be done directly online and free. To do this, you must contact the company originating the direct debit.

Be accompanied: if you do not wish to carry out these steps alone and prefer to be assisted by professionals, you can choose to be helped by the tool “ I stop the costs! »: this is a (paying) assistance service for the identification/cancellation of direct debits.

Following a purchase of household appliances, the delivery man requested notice on my tablet. Since every month a purchase of 47,90 E is debited in CB purchase. I simply needed the notice not a subscription. I opposed my credit card. I want to cancel. I tried the site in place. There again they ask for a payment……. How to get out of this trap?

Same, I had asked for a notice and paid by direct debit, however, this month I have a planned direct debit of 95,80 euros from HPY NOTICES-REC, I think that this company to which I had requested a notice took my details and made the said withdrawal. However, how can I unsubscribe because I think it is a scam
