    The situation described above for a CRIT'AIR sticker is exactly the one that concerns me, except that I received the said sticker by "official" mail! The event being relatively recent (26 and 29/11/2022), I am waiting to see what happens next for a possible action (complaint!)

    I had a direct debit on 20/06/2022 for €29.99, one on 18/06/2022 and one on 21/11/2022

      On July 8, I ordered a criteria sticker that I passed through the official website. A little later in the day my account was debited for an amount of 29,99 euros by F auto.co.
      What should I do to get this amount back and ensure this doesn't happen again?
