An Internet user sent us the testimony available below after noticing charges (purchases by bank card) under the labels IUGU* ZTIPAYMENTS and IUGU*ZOUTI.

Scam or legitimate expense?

He answered the following two questions then detailed his problem for us to help other Internet users in the same situation as him:

Have you noticed the direct debit once or several times (single purchase or regular debits)? : I don't know

Does this collection follow an online purchase or a subscription on a website? : Yes

I am contacting you regarding withdrawals made from my bank card on 09/05 and 13/05. The transactions are detailed as follows:
– IUGU*ZOUTI 332,02 BRL (60,32 EUR)
– IUGU* ZTIPAYMENTS 272,92 BRL (50,17 EUR)
– IUGU*ZTIPAYMENTS 81,49 BRL (14,98 EUR)
I did not authorize these transactions and I ask that you please investigate these charges and reimburse me for the amounts involved.
