Hello, I have just realized that I have been charged 6 euros over the last 29,99 months, but I cannot find the merchant site that is the source of these charges, so there is no possible explanation except that I do not see that I have subscribed to a monthly subscription or any order payable in X months. If I use your services, how can you find the company that is the source of this so-called subscription or sale on credit? Thank you and best regards. W. MERCHEZ.
NB: these withdrawals are shown on my bank statement by G-auto.Co GB London CA

Hello, indeed, as Hélène Louvet pointed out, it is a scam when you order a Crit'Air sticker for your vehicle.
I was also scammed, when I bought it, the sticker cost me 0,99 euros, and 2 days later, this site started to charge me 29,99 euros... it lasted 3 months before I realized it, i.e. 3×29,99 euros.
For my part, it is the GuichetAUTO.com site, do not go there, it is a big scam, especially since I am careful about what I buy and I have never committed to anything with this site.
I don't understand why there is no protection in place for this type of site, and especially no sanctions.
These sites sell wind, steal from people with impunity and are not even worried.

      Hello

I was also charged an amount of 29,99
Indeed, at no time do we receive a confirmation email.
However, I completed my certificate of non-pledge on the auto portal site and it is mentioned that the offer is 0,99 for a period of 48 hours, then the subscription goes to 29,99e without confirmation from me.

    Me too.
Is there anything we can do to get a refund?
The Crit Air sticker is expensive for us.

Hello, my mother also has the same thing but I went back over 6 months of direct debits at 29,99 euros. How can we get a refund and stop the payments even if I have opposed the bank.

    Hello,
I encountered the same problem when trying to order my Crit'Air sticker!
This is very well done, plus I never received a confirmation email for this sticker.
    It's terrible...
How can I stop this direct debit?

    Hello,
You persist in not wanting to answer me and turning a deaf ear. You have taken 2x 29.90 euros from my account that I did not initiate. I tried to unsubscribe from your site without success. I never wanted this subscription and ask you to unsubscribe me and reimburse me for these withdrawals. Failing which I will be obliged to make other arrangements in relation to other of your "customers" and to organize a group action. This is a scam, a hidden, disguised subscription, it is provided for by the courts, there is case law. Thank you for your attention. Mr.

    Hello,
It's exactly the same problem on my side.
how to stop this given that there is no confirmation email, no contact, etc…
I didn't ask for anything other than the Crit'Air sticker

      Hello,
I am in exactly the same situation regarding the abuse of monthly direct debits….
I have objected to the monthly direct debit through my bank and requested a reversal….
In fact, I do not have any documents justifying this contract....
Good luck to everyone in reacting

I signed up for a trial offer on this site, presented as a service at €0,99 for 48 hours. What was not sufficiently highlighted is that this offer automatically activates a subscription at €29 per month if you do not unsubscribe in time.

While this information is apparently available in the terms and conditions, it is neither clearly visible nor explicit enough to catch the attention of an average consumer. This gives the impression that the company is relying on intentional ambiguity to trap users.

I consider this to be an abusive method of selling a service without any real added value, while taking advantage of the trust and inattention of customers. It reflects a purely lucrative activity based on the exploitation of consumers rather than on the provision of a quality service.

I strongly advise against this platform. If you want to avoid unpleasant surprises, move on or read the general conditions carefully before committing.
