An Internet user sent us a message because he noticed bank charges under the heading CB VITRINE VIP.

Here is the main information of his message:

Have you noticed the direct debit one or more times (single purchase or regular debits)? : Recurrent

Does this collection follow an online purchase or a subscription on a website? : No

I noticed that you are taking money from me even though I have absolutely no subscription with you. This is not normal at all and it does not suit me. I am 100% sure that I have never taken out a subscription with your company. I did not register, I did not give my consent, none of that! So I do not understand why you continue to take money from me.

I don't work to let someone take it from me like that, without saying anything. It's theft, it's as simple as that. So now, I'm asking you to stop these withdrawals immediately. It's not negotiable, it's not debatable, I'm not going to let you take my money without me being able to do anything about it.

And on top of that, I want to be reimbursed for all the money you have taken from me so far. It's the least I can do. You have no right to keep my money like this. I really hope you take this seriously and resolve this issue quickly. I want everything to be resolved as soon as possible. And most importantly, I hope this never happens again. I never want to be charged for a subscription I didn't ask for again.

So here it is, I await a quick response from you. Do what is necessary to stop these direct debits and reimburse me. Thank you in advance.

      Hello, I see that I am not the only one who has been scammed.
      For 4 months I have had this same direct debit of 29,90 from a "company" called Vitrine VIP based apparently in the United States.
      oppose my credit card but that poses some problems.
      I will try to block all payments abroad hoping to get out of this scam.
      I don't think I can get a refund unless I file a complaint as suggested here.

    I too get scammed with regular purchases every 10th of the month for an amount of 39,90 euros. My bank advisor informed me that it comes from the United States at 5:40 in the morning.
